POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities for the National Account Services Manager include managing teams and daily processes key to achieving customer satisfaction, optimal productivity and company goals. The National Account Services Manager supports a team of Coordinators by serving as the escalation point, managing staffing needs and workflow. In addition to the day-to-day support of the team, the manager is responsible for coaching and developing their team into key contributors for National Accounts, while also being available to lead and facilitate special projects based on client needs. As leaders, National Account Services Managers always present themselves in a positive, professional “can do” manner and consistently pursue opportunities for self-improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Travel as needed to support clients/partners with business objectives, develop strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
* Oversee daily activities of Account Management and Support teams.
* Foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity.
* Work closely with departments on projects and processes impacting service to clients.
* Assist with training and development of Account Management and Support teams.
* Proactively identify means of improving processes and make recommendations.
* Handle escalated calls or situations with clients as they arise.
* Approve team vacation requests based on daily workloads.
* Monitor and drive performance to deliver stellar customer service to clients.
* Conduct regular team meetings/communication with staff, including regular one on ones with team members.
* Ensure that service levels and departmental goals are met.
* Deliver performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
